As all garments are custom-made to your individual measurements and specifications, refunds are generally not available once production has commenced.
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation for a full refund of any deposit paid. After this period, deposits are non-refundable as materials may have been sourced.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If a garment does not meet the agreed specifications, we will remake or alter it at no additional cost.
If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the garment at our expense.
